Positive: The apartment is good and clean
Negative: No one was there to give the key. As i can understand this is a self check-in, but the passcode was also wrong mentioned in booking.com and that took too much time to enter the apartment.
The agent who sent the invoice was not reachable that time. Even after you checked-in and faced some issues, the agent from the apartment side or owner is not supportive, they don't pick your call and reply to your messages.
My experience was really very bad... If some want to book this apartment they must take time to think about it. There are lots of good options in swindon apart from this. Don't go with the ratings only
